And to make it a sweeter deal…in my inbox yesterday was the January Wellness newsletter from Rite Aid. Bold as can be was the following program starting 1/21/2011…$16 +UP Rewards when you buy $30 worth of Nature Made CoQ10 and Fish oil Supplements. And Rite Aid this week has Nature Made vitamins on sale for B1G1. Combine the three deals and you can buy $60 worth of vitamins for $9.
The only “fly in the honey” is that the $30 rebate amount is after subtracting coupons and discounts (and not including tax). Now the question, I have to ask myself is the UPR rewards a discount?? I think not as they only print at the bottom of the receipt. I look upon them as a coupon in this type of situation.
Or... you can purchase the vitamins at Rite Aid and use coupons (Oh!!! No... what a thought) and get the items for free...now you have lots of options on the coupon sources as Nature Made coupons are readily available. You can go to the Nature Made website and print out coupons there, or you can look in both the January 2011 and February 2011 All You magazines, or last Sunday's Smart Source insert had them also. And finally, you can watch videos at Rite Aid and get some coupons there... the Rite Aid January Video Value program has Nature Made coupons as well as the February program that starts on 1/23/2011. But if you use coupons... please remember that the Nature Made rebate is after discounting the impact of the coupons so you will still have to spend a total of $30 to earn the $5... but you can receive more product for your $30 if you use the coupons... Just a FRUGAL thought.
